Earth-tan really enjoys when her big bro comes around for visits.

Headcanon: Mars once had an abundance of life and was very vain and shallow because of it. He’d ignore Earth in favor of flaunting to the other planets; but due to his naivety and inexperience he ended up killing off the majority of it and rendering his lands barren. Now he acts as a brother/mentor figure to Earth-tan, pretty much showing her what not to do when it comes to maintaining life.
